Well, my Bernina is ready to come home from the hospital AGAIN. Have had more problems with the 820 than all sewing machines I have ever owned put together. The upside is the machine is wonderful to use.
Hey guys where are you? It is time to start filling this thing up. I did get my sewing machine back yesterday. It had some monofilament in the wrong place. Don't tell me that operator error is always an issue with equipment.
